More Jenni Bowlin goodness!

Jenni really rocked it with this new release!
These are her new chipboard buttons. I must say that in real life - they are very yummy!

Valentines Chipboard Buttons
Halloween Chipboard Buttons
Christmas Chipboard Buttons

These Vintage Sew-on buttons are to die for!!!! Oh my goodness - they come in black, brown (be still my heart) and yellow. I tried to talk her into doing teal also - I guess I will have to settle for the brown suggestion! They are yummy too!

New Pearl Buttons - these are a must see! They come in Blue, yellow, cream, red, pink & white. I really like the red ones.

Naked Chipboard shapes!
These were made to go with her butterfly banner stickers. They fit perfectly and will give them some dimension!

More Naked Chipboard!
These go with the banner stickers!

New to the Banner sticker collection - Star Banners.
I am anxious to see these used. These are not in house yet - I have only seen the proof! They come in multi-colored (shown), green, yellow & red.

Same with these - not in house yet
These are mini Chalkboard Alpha stickers. They will come in multi-colored (shown), yellow, black and reverse red!

And last but not least!
Vellum Butterflies
Now these are gorgeous! We have gotten samples of these in stock and I LOVE the brown and black, with the red coming in next. They are soooo dainty. Love the pearls in the middle of them also.
Until next time!

Lexi & Blackmail

Here are instructions on how I put together Lexi and Blackmail layout.

I started out with Kaisercraft Victorian Rose. I then took black paint and made numerous paint lines on the paper. I used the edge from the Sassafras paper as a border under the picture. I took the Basic Grey Orange Smoothie paper and detail cut out one section that I liked. I also detail cut out October Afternoon Good Junk for the Black edge on the side of the layout.
I added a cardstock sticker from Glitz (you & me). I added a large bling and two brads to the Basic Grey cut-out that I did. The offwhite brads don't show up really good on this picture.

Papers that I used from July Little Black Dress kit:
Basic Grey - Orange Smoothie
Kaisercraft - Victorian Rose
October Afternoon - Good Junk
Sassafrass Lass Rose Thicket Woodland Whimsy

Sorry this last picture is not a good one. One of my lens has broken and I need to go get it fixed. Ugghhhh.
Tip: for the detailed cutting out - use a really good pair of fine tip scissors!
Don't forget to journal!
Hope you enjoyed !

Be still my heart!

I can finally show you the new Jenni Bowlin Studio CHA- summer release. This new release is named Family Tree. A while back I came into the office first thing in the morning and the proofs were sitting on the table. I literally gasp and ohhhhhed when I saw these. I LOVE this line. We have the Journaling Cards and the mini papers in house - so adorable. I can't wait to share the rest of the peeks as they are revealed. You will love every one of them!!! Way to go Jenni.

LOVE THIS DIE CUT!!!!!!

These journaling cards are to die for!

Hope you enjoyed as much as I did!

Happy 4th (a little late)

I know this is a little late, but I decided to post it anyways. I was trying to post it yesterday and my picnik froze. So here we are on the 5th (but lots of people are off work today anyways with the 4th being on Sunday)
Thank you to all the men & women who are serving and have served and sacrificed.

Big news over at Jenni Bowlin Studio

I am going to send you to two different places on this post! First you need to go and read Jenni's blog. She is teaming up with Ranger. I can't begin to tell you how excited I am about this!!! I just want to stop right now and tell you how much fun it is to work for Jenni. She is sooooo sweet. Jenni is going to have 12 different colors of ink pads, 12 paint daubbers and 12 re-inkers. Go on over to Ranger for the official press release! (ok not sure the link is working for this one or not).

Round 2 of layouts!

Of course I was sooo excited when I saw that there was Teal and Brown in this kit!! Whoo hoo.

Alexis 12 x 12 layout:

I cut out several of the flowers from one of the papers in the kit, scrunched them up, distressed them and added a button from the kit. I love how it turned out.

Surprise 40th 12 x 12 layout:

I realized that after I had taken the photo of this layout, I had not attached my plus sign to make it 40 +. I have since added it to my layout. I cut the + sign out of the addition card in the kit. I cut the hanging sign from Tim Holtz's new Sizzix dies. LOVE IT (Thanks Jann!) I attached the sign using jumprings.

Here is a close up of the flower I made.

Well I am off to get ready for bed and church tomorrow.

Happy almost 4th of July!
